New Seed Treater for Jumpstart now available

Our latest addition to our seed treating line up is now available for custom treating with Jumpstart and such.  It's a batch treater that can treat Jumpstart onto wheat, canola, and peas.  Treating is cost effective.  With the high prices of Phosphate fertilizer, Jumpstart becomes a great money saving tool.  Jumpstart can benefit you in a number of ways.

  • It increases phosphate availability, especially in cool soils
  • Lower phosphate fertilizer requirements
  • Improved crop performance; root development, stress tolerance, and such
  • If seed placed phosphate is greater than 1.5" from the seed, this will give the seed a boost
  • clay and clay loams have lots of cations like calcium and magnesium that will quickly bind phosphate, Jumpstart will help make more available to the crop
  • Maturity concerns, can help get the crop up early than normal
  • Jumpstart gives an average of 6% yield increase compared to just using more phosphate fertilizer
